Founded in 2007, Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR) is the premier platform dedicated to discovering, showcasing, and supporting designers of color. Through my role at NIKE, I helped produce the HFR x NIKE 5th Annual Designer Retreat, an event offering 75+ underrepresented designers the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect. Taking place at NIKE’s NYC headquarters, the retreat included three days of high-impact networking, speaker panels, and industry tour stops.
